Just returned from an incredible trip with Stelios and Electra onboard Baron! I don't have enough words to express what a great trip it was due to the incredible competence and personalities of our skipper, Stelios and the chef/first mate Electra. From the moment we stepped onboard to the day we left, it was an incredibly positive experience. The most difficult thing about the trip was saying goodbye to our two new friends, Stelios and Electra. As a sailor I had high expectations of our captain and he did not disappoint! Stelios is an incredibly experienced and competent leader. His mastery of the seas was highly evident. Our chef Electra never failed to delight us with innovative, traditional Greek cuisine. Her warm personality was always a great way to start our day. I never saw her without a smile! Sitting around laughing and sharing stories with Stelios and Electra made this trip enjoyable.
Also, the support from Yachtsailing's office was amazing! From my first call with Eugene to Maria waiting for us on the dock the first day to welcome us, everything was handled with extreme professionalism and backed by warm, engaging personalities. I would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend a trip with Baron!

Our family/ friends (group of 9) just spent a week on the Baron with Stelios and Elizabeth for my father’s 75th birthday. WOW. It was truly a trip of a lifetime. The boat was beautifully appointed, the food was AMAZING, and the sites were gorgeous. We had some rainy days and Stelios made sure we spent those days in ports that had a lot to see. We always trusted his plan and he never disappointed! He and Elizabeth seemed to know everyone and made awesome recommendations at every stop. Elizabeth was super attentive and organized. Her food was INCREDIBLE. I would strongly recommend this trip to anyone considering.

Absolutely amazing!!! The greatest trip our family has ever taken! Eugene and Maria were extremely helpful throughout the entire process of booking the trip. They answered all of our questions and were very honest about what we could expect on the trip. The trip as a whole and the Saronic Islands were amazing - words simply cannot describe the beauty.

Our favorite part of the entire trip, though, was our crew - Elisavet and Stelios. They treated us like family and we love them as if they were our own.

Elisavet, our hostess, was the best Grecian mother, making sure we each got a big hug each morning. Her food was extraordinary. You won’t find a better cook! She paid close attention to each of our preferences and served a wide variety of foods. She took the time to build a special relationship with each of us. She even came back on her day off to say goodbye to us!

Stelios, our captain, was the perfect skipper and gentleman. It was very evident that sailing was his passion, not just a job. He was frequently tidying up around the boat and ensured everything was operating as it should daily. He was mindful of each of his passenger’s needs. He was always looking for ways to make the trip a little extra special for each of us on board - private coves, teaching us Greek words, drone pictures, early morning coffee, local pubs, paper roses, etc. You name it, he will make it happen!

Both Elisavet and Stelios were extremely professional when interacting with other crews in the ports. They emphasized safety both on the boat and on the islands.

We are ready to book our next trip - but only if we can have Baron, Stelios, and Elisavet!!

A magical week in Greece. I’ve travelled to this region several times and this was by far the best experience. The food was amazing and prepared daily by a fantastic Greek chef and host Elizabetta. So delicious and authentic. The boat is newly renovated and comfortable. We enjoyed visiting the Islands of Poros, Hydra and others in the area. The captain, Stellios is a true professional. He navigated us through some rainy weather and found the sun! These two are a wonderful team! We are definitely coming back. Loved every second!

This is a vacation like no other. We spent 7 days with a group of 8 adults on the Baron with Ste & Maria… and we did not want to leave! The boat is spacious, well equipped, extremely clean, and very comfortable. The beds are super comfy, the water pressure in the showers was unexpectedly strong, the towels were high quality. We had lots of space with 8 people to even store our suitcases. The boat is great and we were happy we went with Yachtsailing that, albeit more expensive than average, offered a really luxurious and comfortable boat.

But what truly made the different were our captain Ste and hostess Maria. They went out of their way to make sure we were all comfortable and enjoying our trip and everything Greece has to offer. Ste is incredibly friendly, conversational, and dedicated. He worked hard to ensure we could have the smoothest sailing possible (even though the Aegean Sea is rough!). Maria is worldly, super interesting, and extremely knowledgeable. She is also an amazing chef — some of our best meals we had on the boat done by Maria. I want to believe that our group found new friends in Maria and Ste! Thank you guys for an incredible experience.

A week on a catamaran is like a vacation like no other. But you really can’t go wrong with Yachtsailing, Maria, and Ste!

This trip was absolutely fabulous. The views, the swimming, the FOOD….it was all amazing. But to top it off, we had the absolute BEST CREW EVER. Maria and Stelio made us feel extremely welcomed and cared for us with absolute kindness. I can’t explain enough how great they were!

This sailing trip through Greece was truly unforgettable — and that’s entirely thanks to Stelio and Maria. From the moment we stepped aboard, they went above and beyond to make every day feel special. Their attention to detail, tireless work ethic, and genuine care for our comfort and enjoyment did not go unnoticed. Stelio’s calm leadership and deep knowledge of the sea, paired with Maria’s warmth, humor, and hospitality, created an experience that was both seamless and full of joy.

We swam in some of the clearest, most stunning waters I’ve ever seen — from hidden coves to open sea, each spot was perfect for diving in, floating in peace, or just soaking up the sun. The food was another highlight: fresh seafood, traditional Greek dishes, and home cooked meals on board made the experience all that much better. Whether we were enjoying a quiet coffee in a village square or jumping off the boat into turquoise water, every moment felt special.

It’s rare to meet people so dedicated to making others feel at home while on an adventure. I can’t thank them enough for the memories, the laughs, and the incredible atmosphere they created. This trip wouldn’t have been the same without them — I’m so grateful to have had the chance to sail with such an amazing crew.

I chartered the Baron catamaran for a week to explore the Saronic Sea, joined by my wife and our two teenage children (ages 18 & 16). From the moment we stepped aboard, we were warmly welcomed by our outstanding crew—Captain Stelios and our wonderful chef/First Mate, Maria.

Each morning began with a delicious breakfast before setting sail to a new Greek island. We visited Epidavros, Poros, Spetses, Ermioni, and Agistri—each destination offering its own blend of extraordinary history, charm, and beauty. Thanks to Stelios’ deep knowledge of the area and his flexible approach, we also ventured off the beaten path to secluded bays where we swam, snorkeled, and paddle boarded. A true highlight was spotting dolphins in the open sea!

Maria’s cooking was extraordinary. She prepares fresh, meals from scratch using the best local ingredients. She can make anything - favorites from home to amazing authentic Greek meals! I’m a pescatarian while my family are meat eaters, we preferred to try greek foods. Maria was amazingly adapt at providing a variety of choices for all of us. In the evenings, we went ashore to dine at tavernas recommended by Stelios and Maria, often greeted as old friends by the owners and seated at tables with the best views.

Throughout the journey, Stelios and Maria were impeccable hosts, anticipating every need and ensuring our experience was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Their professionalism, warmth, knowledge of the region, and passion for what they do made this a truly unforgettable adventure.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip, that we would consider repeating! We cannot recommend Baron, Stelios, and Maria highly enough.

As for our teenagers perspective, they loved the boat and thought the experience was tons of fun! They thought Stelios and Maria to be extremely cool; although, they used the words “fire” and “lit” which is apparently a huge endorsement in modern teen terms.

Where do I begin? The crew greeted us with open arms and welcoming smiles. Maria and Stelio’s were an amazing crew.From the food and kindness all the way to the guidance of what to do created a memory of a lifetime. I highly recommend this boat trip and especially this crew.

This was an amazing trip. Our crew Maria and Stelio were incredible to the point we all wanted to she’d tears saying bye to them. They very quickly became part of our group and we enjoyed spending time with them. I could not reccomend a better on board crew. We will miss them both!

We were lucky enough to charter the Baron catamaran and were even luckier to get Stelio as our captain and Maria as our chef! They were absolutely amazing. They personalized the trip with great leadership while still letting us custom tailor the islands, activities and experience in general! Stelio leaded a great show with professionalism and skill on the seas and Maria’s cooking was to die for!!! Soooo good and healthy. Stelios and Alexandra were an outstanding crew for our week on the Baron. Fantastic time sailing around the Cyclades with our fun and smart crew!

Our trip on the Baron with captain Stelios and Alexandra was just amazing!! They were a great team. They kept us comfortable and informed throughout the journey around the Cyclades. They were both so friendly, knowledgeable and just fun to be with! We enjoyed every minute! The boat was very comfortable. It accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. The boat had plenty of room in the front and back for all of us to hang out and the table was big enough so we all ate breakfast and lunch together. The food that Alex made for us every day was exceptional!! Every meal was better than the last!! We were spoiled!! The places they suggested for dinner and things to do were right just right for our group!! Also want to give a shout out to the land crew who helped organize everything for us - Maria, Kate, Eugene. We highly recommend this trip. It’s truly special.

The catamaran, the service, our captain, everything was on spot! We had 4 adults and 5 kids ages 8-12 and it was amazing! My wife who has always been afraid of the water is now demanding to do it again next year! And we will. Can't wait to do it again with the same company!

We had a wonderful experience with the boat, the skipper and the cook who made the best meals ever! We would highly recommend this company and this trip for families, and we will surely go again.

We just came back from our vacation in Greece. We chartered the 52 catamaran Baron for a week for 8 adults and it was the best way to celebrate our 25^th anniversary.
