Wow! Just came back from a week on The Queen of Diamonds with Dimitri as our captain and Anna Maria as hostess.

Dimitri created an enjoyable itinerary where we could enjoy the beauty and culture of Greece. He and Anna Maria were truly passionate about making this trip a wonderful experience.

Anna Maria is a wonderful cook. The food on the boat was far better than what we had on land. (Dimitri made restaurant recommendations and the restaurants were delicious... Anna Maria's food was just that much better.) She cooked using recipes from her mother and grandmother. The food was fresh and flavorful.

I have to say that yachtsailing.gr's website was full of information which was helpful in preparing to sail. It also was spot on. I found that our expectations were met and then exceeded. I felt that I knew what was going to happen, (to trust Dimitri to plan our itinerary based on current weather conditions and to know where we could go to enjoy our trip and stay safe.) We enjoyed exploring our destinations. Dimitri helped us with bike rentals and other excursions. He also found protected coves to stop and enjoy the water and have lunch. It was wonderful!

Also, everyone I interacted with at yachtsailing were profession, kind and helpful. I knew that we were in good hands and the whole team was working to make the trip a success.

First of all, Demetrius and Anna Maria were wonderful hosts that quickly felt like family. Both went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. From the amazing breakfasts, the thoughtful suggestions for day trips, the excitement they shared with us, the sunsets, the food (wow did I mention the food, thank you Anna Maria).
Everything these two recommended was top notch. Water activities, town activies, all were on point. Hydra was easily my favorite island and something no one should miss. E-biking on Spetses. A MUST for anyone visiting is Andreou Winery in Portos -- amazing, good food, wonderful hospitality, big hearts.

And even after our trip was done, Demitrius helped us to book a trip to Meteora. Above and beyond.

I can say that I miss the Queen of Diamonds already. I miss our company and I'm very greatful for the care and attention that Demitrius and Anna Maria gave us.

We had an epic adventure as a family with our four children (ages 14/14/13/11) and Aunt with Captain Demetres and Hostess Ana Maria aboard the Queen of Diamonds Catamaran. Every step of the way the service was 5 star from amazing communication and full transparency with cost as we started the planning to the follow through and experience provided by the crew. The value for what you get is incredible! We chose to sail to Saronic islands of Greece to minimize travel time and take advantage of calmer waters since this was our first charter and adventure for a week on the water. While the water 💦 was a bit more chilly in May, we still took advantage as it felt great especially with the sun ☀️ being out! The kids loved the paddle boats and our captain even brought out a sea scooter which was fun! The temperatures were amazing for hiking to a suggested monastery on the island of Hydra to renting electric bikes per recommendation from our crew to go around the island of Spetses. We got to see wild peacocks 🦚 roaming an island, explore caves on uninhabited islands to tasting the best pistachio’s, olive 🫒 products and almonds.. and eating the most AMAZING local Greek food with fresh caught fish.. we can’t wait to return for more adventures with Demetres and Anna Maria. They are the best guides and crew imaginable! Such authentic, kind and thoughtful people… they blended right into making our family feel comfortable and special. The meals Anna Maria presented for breakfast and lunch not only were delicious, but were also presented incredibly well! We travel yearly with our four kids somewhere internationally and this by far was one of the best and most memorable trips having the perfect balance of rest and adventure to get away from all the noise in life and connect with one another in a special way. Would and hope to do it again but maybe 2 weeks next time to explore the Cyclades Islands!

The team at Yacht Sailing with our team of Demitrius as captain and AnnaMarie as our host, chef and educator. Food was amazing. It was reassuring to me that the Captain had a planned itinerary in mind. Offered us many choices. But had a plan. They did everything they could to ensure that a family of 6 had the best time ever. Dimitrius planned activities at every port as we were a family that needed to be busy. He also helped to arrange post-disembarking activity and trip to Meteora. Would book with them again in a second.

Dimitris and Anna-Maria were the best hosts for our week sailing the Saronic Islands (Aegina, Hydra, Spetses, and Poros)! From the start, Dimitris and Anna-Maria made us feel welcomed- especially since we had an early arrival. As our captain, Dimitris really took the time to make sure that the trip was what we wanted (a bit of adventure with leisure). Along the way we spotted dolphins in the distance, and he immediately turned the boat around to make sure that we could see them up close! It was incredible! Both Dimitris and Anna-Maria had great advice on places to eat, things to do, and always made sure that we got the best sunset views (Hydranetta bar in Spetses, top of the clocktower in Poros). Dimitris had the best hookups at all of the restaurants, and always made sure to get us the best table in the restaurant! Anna-Maria made us the most incredible meals, all of the dishes felt authentically Greek (which is what we wanted) and clearly were made with love. We want those recipes!!! We could not have asked for a better crew! They were the perfect combination of professional, fun, inviting, and had a sense of calm, which is exactly what our group needed for a relaxing (and fun) week in the Greek Islands. I would book the Queen of Diamonds again, especially with Dimitris and Anna-Maria as our crew! Thank you for creating the best week of our lives!

I cannot say enough about the amazing crew, delicious food, spacious top tier catamaran, amazing sites and experiences! They went out of their way to make this a memorable experience - organizing biking, a wine tour / dinner, sharing hiking paths on every island and really listening to what our family wanted to do. Dimitri and Anna Marie were the best !!! Will be booking again with them in the future !

Cannot say enough amazing things about Dimitris and Anna Maria. The itinerary they laid out for us was truly the best and most magical way to see the Greece islands. Food, views, island hopping - all 10/10. We even got to see dolphins on our route. If you’re lucky enough to be able to do this trip, could not recommend more.

My husband and I have just returned from an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime trip on the Queen of Diamonds where we travelled to the Saronic Islands of Greece. We travelled with 6 of our great friends, when we first booked our trip we had no idea how spectacular it was going to be and ended up far exceeding our expectations.

From the moment we set sail, it was amazing. We had the best of the best in Captain Dimitris and Hostess and Chef, Anna Maria. Their passion for Greek hospitality and personalized service was nothing short of extraordinary. They tailored each day’s itinerary to suit our group’s individual interests, finding the perfect balance of adventure, relaxation, and local experiences.

Every day brought a new discovery—from secluded coves with the bluest waters we’ve ever seen and perfect for swimming, to charming island villages rich with history and authenticity. One of the most memorable experiences was our visit to a family-owned honey and olive oil farm on the island of Ermioni. Greeted with genuine warmth from the family, they provided us a tour and history of the family and ended our visit with the family providing us homemade bread and herbal teas—a moment of true authenticity.

Another unforgettable highlight was on the island of Poros, where we were welcomed into a local family winery. There, we indulged in a wine tasting, each glass paired with lovingly prepared dishes straight from the family's kitchen. The evening culminated in a joyous session of traditional Greek dancing, taught to us by the family themselves—a magical connection we will cherish forever.

Back aboard the Queen of Diamonds, our culinary journey continued. Anna Maria is not just a hostess, but an exceptional chef whose cooking reflects the heart and soul of Greece. Every meal was a celebration—crafted from time-honored family recipes and prepared with deep love and care.

We truly cannot say enough about this extraordinary experience. Our weeklong sailing experience to the Saronic Islands on board the Queen of Diamonds was fabulous. The yacht is well maintained with a very comfortable layout. This was a seemless experience from YachtSailing including booking, trip planning, and drop off at the beginning of our adventure.

Our captain made perfect choices of where to visit & dock – the ports, coves, beaches, and restaurants were truly amazing! Captain Dimitris and our Hostess Anna Marie made this experience something special.

We just returned from a 7-day sailing adventure aboard the Queen of Diamonds, a beautifully maintained 52-foot Lagoon catamaran, with Captain Dimitris and Anna Marie, exploring the stunning Saronic Islands of Greece—and what an incredible experience it was!

Our trip kicked off with some excitement: thunderstorms and gale-force winds on day one. But at no point did we feel unsafe. Captain Dimitris was calm, confident, and clearly in control of the vessel. Throughout the week, he worked closely with us to tailor the itinerary based on weather conditions and our preference for smaller, less-crowded islands. Every morning, right after breakfast, he would pull out a chart and give us a daily briefing, presenting us with options for where to sail and what to do next.
The Queen of Diamonds (a Lagoon 52) deserves special mention. The boat was spacious, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained. There was plenty of room both inside and out—whether relaxing on the flybridge, sunbathing on the forward deck, or enjoying meals in the shaded outdoor dining area. The cabins were comfortable with plenty of storage and private bathrooms, and the boat’s stability made for smooth sailing even in choppy seas.
Each day, Dimitris brought us to amazing secluded coves—perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and exploring. Whether it was a quiet beach with crystal-clear water or a scenic spot accessible only by boat, every stop felt like a hidden gem.
What really stood out was how personalized everything felt. Whether it was e-biking, wine tasting, or visiting an active olive and honey farm, Dimitris made sure every day offered something memorable and at our own pace.
And then there’s Anna Maria, who was simply outstanding. She prepared all of our meals, with delicious breakfasts and lunches each day. Every dish was a highlight, but the standout was her stuffed pork roast on day one—honestly, the best we’ve ever had! Beyond her culinary talent, Anna Maria was also an excellent hand on the boat, skillfully handling lines and assisting with docking and anchoring. Her warm and friendly presence made each day even more enjoyable.
In short: exceptional sailing, expert guidance, unforgettable food, a spacious and well-kept boat, and personalized adventures. If you’re thinking about exploring the Greek Islands, we can’t recommend the Queen of Diamonds with Captain Dimitris and Anna Maria enough.

Wow, what an amazing holiday. We sailed on the Queen of Diamonds with Dimitris and Anna, who were absolutely superb. We really couldn't have asked for more the island and swimming spots they took us to were fantastic, and Anna's breakfast and lunches were simply delicious. They were the perfect hosts. We had been looking forward to this trip for a long time and it far far exceeded our expectations. The quality of the boat was excellent, very comfortable, the perfect base to explore the Seronic islands. We will definitely be back for another 5 star holiday 😀.

**An Unforgettable Sailing Adventure in the Cyclades**
We had the pleasure of spending a week aboard the Queen of Diamonds in September, and it was an unforgettable experience. The boat was in excellent condition, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate four couples. We sailed through the stunning islands of the Cyclades, each one offering its own unique beauty.
Our captain, Demetris, was not only highly skilled but also had invaluable local knowledge. His recommendations for restaurants and sights were spot on, making our trip even more enjoyable.

Anna Marie, our hostess, was an absolute delight. Her cooking was fantastic, and she added so much joy to our days on board.

The Cyclades themselves are beyond beautiful—unlike anything we've ever seen. The crystal-clear waters, the incredible food, and the breathtaking scenery made it hard to leave.

We were so thrilled with the experience that we've already booked a 3-week trip for next year. Highly recommend!

First things first - Captain D and Anna-Maria are AMAZING <3! From their intimate knowledge of the islands to their enthusiasm and kind disposition, they made this trip the experience of a lifetime. I have been to Greece several times before but never experienced anything quite like this - spending an week+ aboard the Queen of Diamonds is by far the BEST way to experience the Greek islands!! The luminescent waters in the remote coves were stunning, and the cuisine was out of this world! I can’t say enough how much I enjoyed the expertise of the yachtsailing.gr team, especially Captain D & Anna-Maria! I would book this trip again in a heartbeat. If you are considering a catamaran trip - DO IT! This company was fantastic.

We had an incredible week away with our family and family friends on the Queen of Diamonds. It is such a beautiful catamaran and loved every second we were onboard. Dimitris was a great Captain and took as too some beautiful private coves which we absolutely adored. Nothing better than jumping off the boat into the crystal clear waters in a secluded area. Nef provided us with the most delicious food every day it was so hard to leave her. We are definitely missing our morning coffee she would great us with in the front of the catamaran while we looked at the beautiful waters. They put together an incredible traditional Greek night for us all on our last night. This was an experience we will never forget and be forever grateful for.

My 6 friends and myself just wrapped a week long trip on the Queen of Diamonds. It was INCREDIBLE. I couldn’t recommend this experience enough. Our crew (Dimitris Dalakos & Anna-Maria) were too notch. They made the entire experience one of a kind. Dimitris’s recommendations made the trip and Anna-Maria’s food was some of my favorite I experienced in Greece. They were very clear and flexible on plans and provided us with some of the best recommendations on what to do each day. The boat was clean and fit all of us comfortably. The stops along the way were magical. Overall do not pass this up!

One highlight is that dolphins came and played with our boat (photos for proof!). I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We spent a week aboard the Queen of Diamonds with Dimitris as our captain and Nef as first mate and chef extraordinaire. There were 5 adult couples in our group and we can all easily say that this was the trip of a lifetime. Dimitris always had a well thought out itinerary, complete with the most beautiful beaches and hidden coves, perfect little towns, and adventures including ATVs and transportation to the dreamiest restaurants the islands had to offer. Meanwhile, Nef kept us well fed with her delicious meals aboard and greeted us each day with smiles, coffee, and lots of laughs. The hardest part of the trip was saying goodbye to Greece and our new friends, as we could not have asked for better hosts. If you’re considering booking, don’t think twice…you will not regret it!

We spent a week on the Queen of Diamonds with friends and family. It was an experience of a lifetime. Or captain Dimitris sailed us to the most beautiful spots for swimming and each port we docked in had beautiful shops and restaurants and we were treated like kings and queens. Our hostess Elisabeth was truly a Gem. I have a new found love for Mediterranean cuisine. We looked forward to her meals each day which in my opinion were better than any meal we had on the islands. Both Dimitris and Elizabeth truly made our experience what is was…and our now part of our family. A vacation we will never forget and will be talked about for many many years.

Had a once in a lifetime experience with our friends and daughters on the Queen of Diamonds! Demetris and Elisabeth have become part of our family! Demetris wears his passion for sailing and the love of his Country on his sleeve. Elisabeth is such a warm soul and her cooking was better than the food we got on shore! They love what they do and it shows! We can't stop talking about what an amazing experience it was! We told Demetris to take us where he would take his own family if they were on board and that is exactly what he did. We will always have the best memories of this trip and plan on staying in touch with our new found brother and sister! I would recommend this trip to everyone and especially with Demetris and Elisabeth!

Highly recommend Yacht Sailing! Our family of 9 adults had an unforgettable week sailing the Greek isles on The Queen of Diamonds with the amazing Dimitris and Elizavet. Their knowledge, skill, and professionalism were matched only by how much fun they were to be with on the yacht. We've traveled extensively around the world and this trip is at the top of the list, and the two crew members are a big reason why. Just fabulous!

I can thoroughly recommend this company, We chartered Queen of Diamonds as we needed a really spacious catamaran for five 20 yr olds and two couples. The cat is completely refurbished to the highest standard and well adapted and stocked to cope with a large group. Our skipper was an extremely safe,competent sailor very knowledgeable about the various Islands and very good fun A really marvellous holiday for a mixed age group

Wonderful Trip

We were here for a week  on board Queen of Diamonds, plenty of sun, fun, and amazing sites. There was even time for great land excursions. Our trip was awesome and I highly recommend it for everyone.

I went on a week long sailing trip through yachtsailig.gr and it was absolutely amazing! There were 9 of us on the boat and it was perfect. The captain did a great job and got us to all of the sights we wanted to see, and had great food recommendations at every stop. The crew on board was so worth it! Coordinating the shopping and cooking for all of us would have really taken away from the experience, so having take care of it just made the trip so relaxing. I would definitely book with them again.

We spent a week on the Queen of Diamonds. Couldn't have had a better time. The crew became family in a very short time and the eight of us enjoyed our journey and experience in the Cyclades. Weather was gorgeous. Food was over the top. Each island seemed more beatiful the one yesterday as everyone chose their favorite.
