There is nothing we can add to the many glowing reviews of trips on Yacht Sailing's "Casino Royale" with skipper Haris Psaropulos and wife Vicky - except to say that all the accolades are warranted. Our group consisted of 9 family members ages 18 to 80. We started each day with no notion of what was coming, relying on Haris to suggest the day's plan - whether touring or stopping at a secluded beach - and he never let us down. We loved Vicky's cooking and company. Vicky and Haris make a great team, complimenting each other beautifully. This vacation succeeded beyond our wildest dreams.

Without any previous experience sailing or chartering a boat, we had little idea what to expect. Eugene, Haris, Vicky and the entire Yachtsailing team did not let us down! Eugene made himself available (in a very different time zone) to personally answer our questions, even though we learned many of our questions could have been answered on their website. From beginning to end, the process was smooth and kept us very comfortable.

Casino Royale was an awesome choice for our yacht. The boat was very clean and comfortable for our family of five (each kid was able to have their own room). And the crew!!! What a dream!!! Haris was a gracious, charming, hilarious and extremely able Captain who made sure we were happy and safe. His lovely wife, Vicky, was an unbelievable Hostess who prepared five star meals for us every day for breakfast and lunch. She made sure our accommodations were well looked after as well. These two are a spectacular team and absolutely wonderful humans, and we are leaving Greece so happy to consider them friends. Thank you, Haris and Vicky!

This is the second year in a row we've used this company.. outstanding.. however this year we had Vicky and Harry on Casino Royale and it was a million times better than last year.. Vicky's cooking is unparalleled.. she cooked up some of the best Greek dishes I've ever had. Harry was on point with making arrangements ahead of time to get us into very nice marinas with lots of things to do.. we were not bored or disappointed for a minute.. they also went above and beyond with their photography skills which included a drone.. I felt like we were family.. I would DEFINITELY recommend not only using this company but also requesting Casino Royale with Harry and Vicky

When you choose the Casino Royale and have Capt Haris and Vicky as your guides, it makes for an unforgettable experience – and I’m talking more than the impressiveness of keeping 3 teenagers off of electronics. Casino Royale is an extension of Capt Haris and Vicky – and part of the caring, welcoming home you have for the week. They know every inch of the boat as if it were another member of their family. It has all the modern amenities you need. No one missed the comforts of home because we had them at our fingertips.

We were two families totaling 7 – and Capt Haris and Vicky made each one of us feel so special. We sailed the Saronic islands because we wanted to explore islands we had never heard about. Capt Haris has friends in every port – and he arranged for taxis or ebikes so we had a variety of experiences, and no two days (or islands) were the same. He was so attentive to my oldest who is majoring in theatre technology and loves Greek history – that he insisted we go to Epidaurus to visit the Ancient Theatre of Asklepios. Those are memories we would never have made on our own.

And what can we say about Vicky’s hospitality? Breakfasts and lunches were heaven – and she was able to appeal to a multitude of palettes. Her meals were by far better than anything we ate for dinners on-island. We compared every salad to hers – and having fresh bread to dip into the salad dressing and tzatziki was beyond words.

The teens were all kept very busy enjoying our morning swims in quiet harbors, snorkeling, diving off the boat or just chilling….with their parents. Who else could make that happen but Haris and Vicky? By the time we disembarked – we were sad to say good-bye to our new extended family. When your kids thank you for giving them an unforgettable experience – you’ll be glad you chose Yacht Sailing for your trip.

Thanks to Eugene, Maria and Ioanna for helping us from a distance. And Maria and Alex did a phenomenal job to arrange transport to and from the marina – and then to the airport the following day. Their service was first-class.

Wow! We just got off the Casino Royale after a week of exploring the islands. We could not be happier with the experience. From communication from the beginning and dealing with flight delays, everyone was spectacular! There is no one else I would trust than Vicki and Bobbi! We had three small children on the boat including a toddler and they were fantastic with the kids and always ensured it was safe and fun. Vicki’s food is the absolute best, she truly cooks from her heart. I can honestly say her food is better than any restaurant. Captain Bobbi handled a very stressful situation very calmly and made us feel at ease. He always offered us multiple options each day and made us part of every decision. We now have new family in Greece and I cannot recommend Vicki and Bobbi enough. The absolute best!

My family & I had an AMAZING experience sailing the Greek islands. Captain Haris Babi & Chef Vicky were both amazing & experienced sailers!! Haris took us to the best swimming spots & islands, recommended the best dinner spots in town & created such an amazing itinerary for us the entire week. We went to 6 different islands. Vicky was a pleasure, she kept everything on board perfect & clean. Vicky cooked the most amazing breakfasts & lunches, everything was delicious!! The trip of a lifetime!!

Vicky and Harris were the best team ever. From the food to the itinerary, everything was done perfectly. They were funny, kind ,professional and happy to help us ! They advised us of all the wonderful things to see and do while on our vacation.

Best vacation ever! 8 of us (4 couples) had a blast with Captain Haris and his wife Vicky.
1. The boat was amazing: comfortable beds, room for 4 couples, room for dining and fun every day. Modern equipment, great Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for music.
2. Our captain is navy officer! He knows his way around these waters and keeps us safe. Also, Hari knows everyone - he gets the best spots for docking so pretty much we docked at promenade every single night, amazing for people watching
3. Vicky: she is such a sweet and genuine person. He cooking is so homey and comforting - it really relived me of work stress. She cooked variety of different dishes: favorite are shrimp linguini, variety of salads and veggies, lamb, fish, and even octopus. All the food was absolutely amazing, I am taking all the recipes for my family.
3. The route: we visited several different smaller islands like Poros and Hydra. We loved loved loved all the stops and being able to step off the boat and just go sightseeing or dining!
4. Real vacation: being smoothed to sleep each night by the gentle boat rocking comfortably, belly full of amazing food and wine, fit from swimming and jumping, but also visiting Ancient Greek ruins (they’re everywhere!) - this is best vacation ever!

This morning we finished our one week trip to the Greek islands on Casino Royale with Captain Harris and our wonderful hostess (and his wife) Vicky. Our experience with YachtSailing GR has been spotless. From the first inquiry, to the quickness of their replies and sharing all types of information that we would need, they made it all stress free! Our catamaran, Casino Royale was perfect for us. All beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and outfitted with all the comforts we needed. The boat is in spotless condition and it offers so many places for lounging in the sun, or in the shade that we never felt cramped.
And now to the best part of our trip: the most amazing skipper and hostess we could’ve wished for. Captain Harris and Hostess Vicky are a spectacular duo - they made us feel like family from the first moment we arrived on the boat. We walk away from this trip not only with memorable memories but also with two new close friends. Harris and Vicky we can’t wait to see you in Chicago!
Harris, a retired Navy officer, knows the water and islands better than anyone. He navigated us safely during the entire trip and always found the best places to take us too. Each day we made sure we were all briefed on the itinerary and provided suggestions on places to go see, visit and eat at. We never had to worry about reservations or figuring out things on our own. It was clear that he is a well respected skipper throughout the islands.
Our hostess Vicky pampered us with amazing food and ensured we had daily fresh provisioning. Her cooking rivaled all the restaurant food we had! Vicky, we can’t thank you enough for all you did! We love you!
Each day we sailed to a different island and along the way we stopped at breathtaking swimming spots. Captain Harris used his drone to capture the most amazing spots of our party.
We are already planning our next charter and would recommend YachtSailing to anyone interested in chartering in the Greek islands. Great prices, large choice of boats and being treated like family - perfect combination for a perfect vacation!

Fantastic week of sailing with Captain Haris and hostess Vicky! I broke my foot just before our vacation, but they made sure that I did not miss out on anything. Captain Haris worked his magic to dock Casino Royale in the prime spot at each place we visited, so that I could easily get on and off the boat to explore each island. When the rest of my party rode motor bikes around Spetses, Haris arranged for an electric three-wheeled vehicle so my husband and I could join in the adventure. Every kindness and accommodation was done by Haris and Vicky with such genuine hospitality and joy, that I truly felt like a family member and not just a troublesome passenger. I am already looking forward to our next cruise with them on Casino Royale - this time without a cast!

Wow what a great week sailing in the Saronic Gulf. Yacht Sailing GR was excellent at managing the process and answering our questions. However what really made the week was Captain Harry and cook/mate Vicki (his wife). They had everything under control from the moment we walked onto the Casino Royale (which is a great boat).

Harry and Vicki made our week! Getting slips at each port is no easy task - Harry was a master at always securing a prime slip.. This was particularly important, as it precluded the need to use the zodiac and allowed us to get on off the boat easily and multiple times at each port. Harry also knew what activities we should do at each port, where to dine, and where to go for after dinner drinks. Harry and Vicki also arranged everything for us at each port; including e-bikes, donkey rides , swimming, and island tours. Vicki was also focused on making sure we didn't go hungry. The coffee was brewing before we were up, and Vicki prepared lavish breakfasts and lunches. She really spoiled us.

We feel fortunate to have been "dealt' Harry and Vicki. They really made the trip so much fun. This was definitely a special family vacation

There were eight of us on this week long sailing adventure. It was a phenomenal experience. The scenery, swimming stops in the beautiful bays, and overnight ports were delightful. What really made the trip extra special were our skipper Harris and hostess Vicky. They made our trip fun, enjoyable, and very relaxing.

We just returned from a three week vacation in Greece. Our second week was spent on the Casino Royal catamaran with Harris and Vicki as our crew. It was an amazing adventure sailing the Greek islands with them. Harris’ knowledge of sailing and the Greek isles was so interesting, and we always felt safe. Vicki’s Greek cooking was amazing, and her hospitality beyond words. We highly recommend seeing Greece in this fashion with Harris and Vicki as your crew!

Wowza, what a fun-filled amazing week! We sailed out of Athens,Greece with Captain Haras Psaropoulos and his wife Vicky Tsourmari. We were spoiled from the minute we stepped aboard the Casino Royale catamaran. They made sure our every need was taken care of and kept us entertained for the week. This dynamic duo works with your group and creates an itinerary unique to your wishes. We visited many islands and swam in waters that were unlike any other areas in the world. We plan on booking another adventure with Haras and Vicky as there’s no better team to travel with.

We traveled to Greece for 3 weeks with 4 couples. The middle week we decided to do Yacht Sailing, it was the best decision we made. Harris and Vicky (the captain and hostess) were so welcoming and kind. Harris was so knowledgeable of the Greek Islands and a superb captain of the yacht. We enjoyed the islands we stopped and stayed at, along with Harris finding beautiful coves we could stop and swim Vicky made wonderful meals throughout our trip and kept the yacht so clean. She out did herself, always making sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit Greece again to sail with Harris and Vicky. Not only did we experience the trip of a lifetime, we made two new friends for life.

We were dealt a Royale Flush on the Casino Royale catamaran in the Greek islands. Yachtsailing.com made the transition from our hotel to boat a breeze by Eugene and his staff. We got greeted by our Captain Haris and our Hostess Vicky with a very warm welcome. They were very informative and accommodating from the get go. Their was nine of us renting the very comfortable catamaran, The Casino Royale. Each day Captain Haris took us to a beautiful spot to eat a fabulous Greek lunch cooked by our Hostess Vicky. Every morning we woke up to the smell of fresh coffee and a hot Greek breakfast. Each night we’d dine at whatever port we sailed to. Captain Haris was very entertaining and shared some great stories of his sea experience. Vicky, our hostess was an amazing Greek family style cook. She took great attention to pleasing everyone’s needs and was kind enough to share her recipes with me. By the end of week we all felt like one BIG GREEK family. All nine of us agreed we were so happy that we chose to have a Captain and Hostess because it made it truly a vacation. Haris and Vicky took care of all the connections and knowledge to navigate this trip. It was a trip of a lifetime!

Wonderful trip through the Greek Islands

We just arrived back to Athens with several friends from a week sailing on a 50 feet Catamaran “Casino Royale”, our skipper Haris Psaropoulos and the hostess Vicky did an excellent job spoiling us during the complete week!! What an excellent ride! Even though the captain recommended several programs for the week we insisted on going to Mykonos, man was he right on all the things he told us about that island! Next time I would recommend all others to trust 100% on the captain recommendations! He was right about everything!! Very honest with all the things he told us! The Greek food Vicky prepared for us several days and all the little bays we visited during the week made this trip simply unforgettable!! 100% recommendable!!! Looking forward to come back with them in the future!

Over the top fabulous !!! - Visited June 2018

Casino Royale is absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for the 10 of us, all adults. The state rooms were very comfortable and had nice size beds. Everyone had a private bath as well. 

Out caption and his helper were amazing. Vicky and Harris absolutely spoiled us with incredible meals and great locations. Just when we thought we had been to the prettiest island ever Harris would surprise us with another great spot. Vicky cooked up a storm and blew us away with fabulous ethentic Greek cuiseen. This trip will be unforgettable thanks to the amazing crew.

We took a group of 18 people on two different yachts for a ten year wedding anniversary, and had the most incredible experience. Even though Mother Nature misbehaved a bit, and we were grounded on Poros for a bit, George, our captain, took such good care of us. It was the trip of a lifetime. What a fabulous trip on the Casino Royale! Everyone at YachtSailing.gr were so accommodating. Eugene was so helpful answering our never ending questions with great patience! We had never done anything like this before but he and the other staff made it so easy. The transfer from our hotel to the boat was seemless and the boat itself was gorgeous. This was all before meeting the delightful Haris, our captain and our wonderful hostess Vicki. They looked after our every need, making us feel safe at all times. Vicki’s food was wonderful. I would recommend them 100% and hope that we might sail with them again next year.

The “Casino Royal” boat was pure magic. I listened to the wisdom of Yacht Sailing guru Eugene - who helped me plan a stunning week long adventure with Vicky & Captain Harris which gave our group the time to explore and rest in perfect measures. I have traveled the southern Greek islands extensively but never seen the northern ones and they were truly a delight. The wisdom and cheer Captain Harris shared with us, along with all his tips and tricks - truly took our escape to the next level. Additionally this company offers excellent support to his captain and passengers. When the sound system proved less than ideal - the minute we docked we got an upgrade and a whole new system. We spent a week aboard the Casino Royale with Captain Xaris and hostess Vicky with a group of 9 adults and we had an unforgettable week exploring the most beautiful Greek islands. Xaris and Vicky made us feel like family - Xaris took us to some of his most favorite and meaningful places in the islands and Vicky made sure we were always comfortable and well fed with her delicious cooking. They shared stories, wisdom, and many many laughs. Xaris has longtime friends in every port and it is easy to see why. He and Vicky went above and beyond to make sure we had a very special week and with every place we visited and every story Xaris told, it felt like he was sharing a piece of his heart with us. We will miss them very much and we are already thinking about when we can return. The boat itself is incredibly comfortable and spacious - even with 9 adults we never felt cramped or on top of one another. The cabins are private and quiet and even have AC for the hot days and nights.

Wow! What a trip! We spent the week sailing the Seronic Gulf with Captain Haris & Vicky on Casino Royale. The boat was better than imagined and the trip was filled with the perfect mix of excitement and relaxation. Harry and Vicky made our trip. They made sure our family was safe and really made sure we felt loved like family. The food was beyond compare. We spent each breakfast and lunch in a cove swimming in turquoise waters and dinners backed up to beautiful cafes just steps away. We spent one week on the Saronic Sea on the Casino Royale. Captain Harry and Vicky were more than amazing! Their philosophy is to make you feel like family and they did! If you dock on an island with Harry then you have many friends. Not only is he very experienced in sailing but he was always one step ahead with the best island experiences and reservations. Vicky, as our hostess, cooked wonderful fresh greek family recipes filled with love and history. Eugene also worked hard at making sure we had easy transportation in Athens at all hours of the night and day. This company bends over backwards for your trip. I would definitely recommend them.

Simply a great and unique experience that could not have been better.

Any words of praise I use, or whatever high rating I give Yachtsailing, cannot fully express my appreciation for how we well were treated during our one week cruise on the Casino Royale this September. From my first communication with Eugene, and the many, many questions until even a week or more after we disembarked, the courtesy, honesty, helpfulness, good humor, fairness, and quality of every thing associated with their operation was absolutely exceptional. And the same is especially true for the skipper of the Casino Royale, Haris Psaropoulos and our hostess, Vickie. Haris's willingness to take us to the kind of places we wanted to go and his experience in the Mediterranean gave us unique introduction to the Greek Islands, culture, and food. The sailing and locations he picked were perfect and we had a million laughs. (He does need work on his dancing) Vickie's meals were always very very good, always based on very fresh and local food, with variety and always some welcome tasty surprises. Her good humor and friendliness was as good or better than Haris's. Eugene and Alex and the rest of the crew were so helpful in every instance, going way beyond normal to arrange transportation, tours, and almost anything we asked from start to finish. I have never written a better and more deserved review and cannot recommend them more highly. I hope we get back soon.
