My long-time friends and I just spent a week sailing the Saronic Islands on the Casino Royale with the charming and amazing Captain Haris and First Mate Vicky.

The Casino Royale is a beautiful, modern cat with all the latest comforts to ensure an enjoyable journey. It is a very stable vessel, but Captain Haris consulted with us every morning and discussed weather forecasts and presented us with options in terms of destinations while considering calmer seas. We were very much a part of the decision-making every day on where we might like to visit. We spent so much time on the boat because it was so comfortable that we often did not want to leave it!

Most days we simply enjoyed all the comfortable and spacious sofas and tanning chaises on the front of the boat listening to our music pumped through the Casino Royale sound system with the beautiful blue sea all around us. We usually stopped at some gorgeous, quiet cove with clear water and were able to swim and paddleboard. In addition to being an excellent boat captain, Captain Haris also is an expert drone master, and he took amazing photos and vidoes of our trip that we will treasure forever.

Our incredibly charming First Mate Vicky was an incredible chef. She served amazingly tasty breakfast and lunches made from fresh local ingredients and beautifully presented. Our group had a bit more complicated food needs -- some vegetarians, pescatarians, and omnivores -- and Vicky discussed with us options and always served thoughtful and delicious meals that accommodated all our tastes.

You can count on Captain Haris and Vicky to know the ins and outs of every destination that you might visit. Captain Haris knows all of the history of each place and we learned so much from him. He and Vicky also know the best places for lunches and dinners --- we experienced nothing but beautiful and delicious restaurants, per their guidance.

If you are thinking about sailing the islands of Greece, do. If you want to know which company, it should be Yacht Sailing. If you want to know which boat and crew, the answer is the Casino Royale, Captain Haris, and First Mate Vicky. We cannot wait to sail again with our new friends very soon.

We just returned from a one-week sailing adventure aboard Casino Royal, and we’re still glowing from the experience. Captain Haris and Vicky were the most wonderful hosts anyone could ask for. From the moment we stepped onboard, we were treated like cherished guests in their home — every detail was thought of, and every moment was special.

Captain Haris is a true professional and an absolute joy to sail with. He knew all the best sights and hidden gems throughout the Saronic Gulf and gave us a variety of options at each island we visited. Whether we were in the mood for history, exploration, or simply relaxing on the beach, he had a plan that matched perfectly. He made restaurant recommendations — or reservations — every night, and they were always spot-on. His deep knowledge of the region’s history, paired with his endless supply of entertaining (and often hilarious) stories, kept us engaged and laughing every day. You could tell he was well-respected at each port — we always had the best dock spots, and everything seemed to fall effortlessly into place.

And then there was Vicky — our “boat mom” and culinary queen! She prepared absolutely incredible meals for us, many inspired by her hometown and local Greek specialties. Each meal was fresh, healthy, and absolutely delicious — we were truly fed like royalty. Vicky kept everything impeccably tidy, had coffee ready for us each morning, and always had snacks and cookies waiting. Honestly, I wanted to take her home with me — I adore her.

From paddle boarding and snorkeling to just floating in crystal-clear waters, every day brought both adventure and relaxation. And as a special touch, Captain Haris used his drone and camera to capture so many beautiful moments throughout the week. At the end of the trip, he gifted us an amazing collection of photos — a perfect keepsake of an unforgettable vacation.

We didn’t lift a single finger the entire week. We were truly taken care of in every possible way. If you’re considering a sailing trip through Greece, this is the one. Captain Haris and Vicky are a dream team, and Casino Royal is a floating slice of heaven.

I had the most extraordinary week on the Casino Royale. This trip exceeded my expectations. The boat was spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out. The captain and hostess were the highlight of the trip. They curated our trip and had excursions and transportation planned at every island. Between islands we would stop and swim along the way. The hostess served us breakfast and lunch and every meal was fresh and delicious. She cooked us authentic Greek food directly from her grandmother’s recipe box. I definitely recommend this boat for a truly relaxing and hassle free experience.

From start to finished we had the holiday of a lifetime. Captain 'fix it' sorted everything so that we could sit back and live like vip's. Boat trips, water sports, atv's, dinners, horse and carriages and guest list parties. We did it all!!

My husband and I along with our two children, ages 21 and 18, just returned from a trip to Greece where we spent a week sailing on a private catamaran, the Casino Royale, through Yatchsailing.com. Our ship was captained and crewed by Haris and his wife Vicky, who were as wonderful as the trip itself! Everything about this trip was positive. The booking was simple. The communication with the company was timely and easy. The check in process the day we boarded was quick and the vessel itself was perfect! Haris and Vicky were icing on the cake. They immediately made us feel like old friends. Haris went above and beyond to make this trip enjoyable, making great suggestions for where we should sail while also asking and listening to what we hoped to see and do on our trip. Haris even went out of his way to help me retrieve my phone which I accidentally left in the cab we took to the harbor. Vicky, cooked the most delicious meals, served as first mate, photographer, deckhand, information source and anything else we could need! The islands were beautiful! The people we met were amazing and so kind. The Casino Royale was a home away from home for a week and Vicky and Haris were exceptional host for it all. We highly recommend this trip,this company, this vessel and this crew! We hope to visit again.

The Casino Royale boat and crew are magical, if you want to have fun and feel like you’re on vacation. Pick the Casino Royale. The boat it’s self was amazing with sun-beds and comfortable rooms but it was the crew that made it, I think we could’ve been on a row boat with these people and still had the best time. You can tell these people love their country and what they do and it really makes all the difference. You are making a mistake if you don’t go with the Cosino Royal.

We went for a second time with Babbis and Vicky on the Casino Royale this May - and it was even better than the first time.

We love the barefoot relaxed feel and family atmosphere of being on the boat and Babbis and Vicky really take care of you as if you are part of their family/crew.

Every day our itinerary was flexible, to make the most of the way the wind was blowing and what we all fancied doing. We are a family of 5 with 2 teenage girls and a 10 year old boy, so pleasing everyone is almost impossible: it is the one holiday that every single person gives 5 stars!

Our trip aboard Casino Royale was amazing. Captain Haris and his amazing wife, Vicky, created an experience that far exceeded anything we could have imagined. Haris said "we are family for the next week" and that's exactly how we were treated.

Haris knows everything there is to know about the islands. History lessons abound. And is an amazingly skilled captain.

Vicky made incredible breakfast and lunch. The presentation was great and the meals were even better. The authentic Greek meals were made with love and left our taste buds high-fiving each other in celebration.

Haris provided dinner suggestions and they were 10/10. Between the swimming, the shopping, the history, the sunsets, and the endless laughs, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect trip.

It was hard to say goodbye to such a great trip and our new friends!

My family along with my sister’s (9 people total) had the pleasure of spending a week on Yacht sailing’s Casino Royal catamaran with the fantastic crew, captain Harris and his wife Vicky. From the moment we stepped aboard, they welcomed us like family. Harris gave us daily briefings with options for our itinerary, excursions and dining and shopping at the islands. We started our days with a plentiful breakfast spread prepared by Vicky and looked forward to her delicious lunches which she provisioned with fresh food from our island stops. They were so much more than our hosts- they told us stories, prioritized safety, shared a lot of laughs and even gave us some personal souvenirs. They are so passionate about their work and it made for an unforgettable family vacation. There are many options to consider when planning a catamaran sailing trip, we’d highly recommend prioritizing the crew experience as the boats offer similar features.

We sailed the saronic gulf as the winds in the Cyclades were very strong. This turned out to be a perfect itinerary for our families with young adults and teens. You still have nightlife options, they feel more local and easy to navigate. We did a lot of swimming, cliff jumping, paddle boarding, beach bars, shopping, ATVing, swam in a cave, fed peacocks and reindeer on an island, made a lot of cat friends, and hiking options. We even rescued a turtle at sea who was tangled in plastic. We have traveled a lot as a family, including past catamaran charters. The trip exceeded our expectations. So grateful for the memories. We have recently returned from a week sailing around the Saronic Islands on Casino Royale, we were a mixed group of adults, teens and older adults. The experience exceeded any of our expectations, the care and expertise of Captain Babis really made the trip special, he took into account everyone’s needs in the group, adapted the itinerary accordingly and suggested activities to keep the teens very happy as well as great restaurant recommendations. every night. His wife Vicky was an amazing hostess making delicious home cooked meals every day and ensuring everything ran smoothly. We were a party of 6 and found the boat very spacious with everything we needed for a great week (air con, WiFi, paddle boards, inflatables). We cannot recommend highly enough & are already planning on booking again with Captain Babis & Vicky for next year

I cannot begin to describe how fantastic Bobby and Vicky were to us, and how great of a trip they made this. I went on their boat with a friend, and between family and friends we had 8 people total. It was a life changing experience, with Bobby and Vicky constantly changing the trip to our liking, making us laugh, and keeping us as comfortable as possible. The boat (casino royale) was fantastic, AC was greatly appreciated, the space was exceptional. There was very little time on the boat that we were not jumping in the water, out reading in the sun at the front, and playing games! The best feeling after being in the sun all day was sleeping in the VERY cool bedrooms where I had to use my blanket every night, it was so nice with the AC. Vicky and Bobby were not only perfect hosts, they ended up as great friends and I look forward to doing this trip again. I would do it again every month if I could. Thank you!

My family of 4 joined my sister’s family of 5 aboard Casino Royale for a week of pure joy and amazing adventures. From the moment we boarded the boat, we were treated like royalty. Harris and Vicky were so committed to creating a personalized trip that thoughtfully considered our preferences, group size and ages. They recommended the Saronic Gulf route because the winds were expected to be heavy. We appreciated their safety first approach, while also ensuring it was a comfortable time on the water for us.

Harris and Vicky are the dynamic duo and an adorable couple!!! Thru have a tremendous passion and love for Greece and its culture that they generously shared with us. Harris picked unique islands for us to visit and planned awesome excursions thanks to his personal contacts. It seemed all the locals knew him! From beach clubs, to cliff jumping, an ATV excursion, to local hikes, tours and shopping, we did it all! When we arrived at each island Harris provided us with the daily “program,” including history of the island, fun facts and local recommendations. Our teens also appreciated his recommendations for the “ticky, ticky, boom” nightlife. A big highlight was when we rescued a sea turtle caught in a plastic bag! Harris was so committed to saving that little guy and the kids absolutely loved it. Straight out of National Geographic show!

Vicky our host made delicious local cuisine each day for breakfast and lunch. She would go into local markets to get fresh produce, meats and fish and was very in tune to the kids snacking. Her food was so good … gyros, meatballs, prawns, lamb, lasagna, stuffed chicken and soooo many tasty Greek salads. We miss her delicious cooking!! And she went the extra mile when we celebrated my sister’s birthday, including a special lunch, beautiful cake and a sweet Greek happy birthday song.

The catamaran was very spacious and comfortably fit our party of 9. It was in great shape and had all the amenities we needed. We used the paddle boards and floats every day. Plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the beautiful weather and spectacular views. Added bonus that Harris had a drone and he took amazing photos and videos all week that we got at the end of our trip.

We loved that Harris and Vicky joined us for a few dinners on the islands. So fun to get to know them, hear their entertaining stories and let them order all their local favorites. They treated us like family and felt like family by the end of our trip. We were so sad to say goodbye.

No words can describe the amazing experience we had. It all started with our phenomenal captains, Babis and Vicky! From the first moment we stepped foot on the Casino Royale, we were treated like family. Simply said, they invested in us and wanted us to have an experience of a lifetime and cherish all the memories we made.

Babis made us feel safe - a true expert in his craft. We knew we were in the best hands with him at the helm. He also had a thoughtful approach to each day based on weather and wind conditions.

Vicky was the glue that kept us all together. In addition, her cooking was impeccable and some of the most delicious food I’ve ever had. From vibrant salads to incredible meat and seafood dishes, each day seemed better than the day before!

Vicky and Bobby were unbelievable cohosts for the week we were aboard the Casino Royale. Never failed to keep us entertained and comfortable as we sailed from island to island. Vicky cooked us amazing breakfast and lunch every single day while Bobby manned the ship and took us on a personally curated route throughout the Saronic islands. Also, worth mentioning the AC was perfect in every room and the beds were comfortable and spacious for the 8 people we had. We were able to swim just about anywhere we went and the water was perfect. Overall an amazing experience that I could not recommend enough, especially if you are fortunate enough to get Bobby and Vicky.

Casino Royal was incredible. Vicki and Harry are the absolute best. They couldn’t be any nicer or more accommodating. Harry is a very skilled captain and Vicki is the best chef. The boat is very clean and well maintained. They took us the beautiful and unique island and gave us the best trip we could ask for!

Our group consisted of 9 family members ages 18 to 80. Without any previous experience sailing or chartering a boat, we had little idea what to expect. Eugene, Haris, Vicky and the entire Yachtsailing team did not let us down! Eugene made himself available (in a very different time zone) to personally answer our questions, even though we learned many of our questions could have been answered on their website. From beginning to end, the process was smooth and kept us very comfortable.

Casino Royale was an awesome choice for our yacht. The boat was very clean and comfortable for our family of five (each kid was able to have their own room). And the crew!!! What a dream!!! Haris was a gracious, charming, hilarious and extremely able Captain who made sure we were happy and safe. His lovely wife, Vicky, was an unbelievable Hostess who prepared five star meals for us every day for breakfast and lunch. She made sure our accommodations were well looked after as well. This is the second year in a row we've used this company.. outstanding.. however this year we had Vicky and Harry on Casino Royale and it was a million times better than last year.. Vicky's cooking is unparalleled.. she cooked up some of the best Greek dishes I've ever had. Harry was on point with making arrangements ahead of time to get us into very nice marinas with lots of things to do.. we were not bored or disappointed for a minute.. they also went above and beyond with their photography skills which included a drone.. I felt like we were family.. I would DEFINITELY recommend not only using this company but also requesting Casino Royale with Harry and Vicky

When you choose the Casino Royale and have Capt Haris and Vicky as your guides, it makes for an unforgettable experience – and I’m talking more than the impressiveness of keeping 3 teenagers off of electronics. Casino Royale is an extension of Capt Haris and Vicky – and part of the caring, welcoming home you have for the week. They know every inch of the boat as if it were another member of their family. It has all the modern amenities you need. No one missed the comforts of home because we had them at our fingertips.

We were two families totaling 7 – and Capt Haris and Vicky made each one of us feel so special. We sailed the Saronic islands because we wanted to explore islands we had never heard about. Capt Haris has friends in every port – and he arranged for taxis or ebikes so we had a variety of experiences, and no two days (or islands) were the same. He was so attentive to my oldest who is majoring in theatre technology and loves Greek history – that he insisted we go to Epidaurus to visit the Ancient Theatre of Asklepios. Those are memories we would never have made on our own.

And what can we say about Vicky’s hospitality? Breakfasts and lunches were heaven – and she was able to appeal to a multitude of palettes. Her meals were by far better than anything we ate for dinners on-island. We compared every salad to hers – and having fresh bread to dip into the salad dressing and tzatziki was beyond words.

The teens were all kept very busy enjoying our morning swims in quiet harbors, snorkeling, diving off the boat or just chilling….with their parents. Who else could make that happen but Haris and Vicky? By the time we disembarked – we were sad to say good-bye to our new extended family. When your kids thank you for giving them an unforgettable experience – you’ll be glad you chose Yacht Sailing for your trip.

Thanks to Eugene, Maria and Ioanna for helping us from a distance. And Maria and Alex did a phenomenal job to arrange transport to and from the marina – and then to the airport the following day. Their service was first-class.

Wow! We just got off the Casino Royale after a week of exploring the islands. We could not be happier with the experience. From communication from the beginning and dealing with flight delays, everyone was spectacular! There is no one else I would trust than Vicki and Bobbi! We had three small children on the boat including a toddler and they were fantastic with the kids and always ensured it was safe and fun. Vicki’s food is the absolute best, she truly cooks from her heart. I can honestly say her food is better than any restaurant. Captain Bobbi handled a very stressful situation very calmly and made us feel at ease. He always offered us multiple options each day and made us part of every decision. We now have new family in Greece and I cannot recommend Vicki and Bobbi enough. The absolute best!

My family & I had an AMAZING experience sailing the Greek islands. Captain Haris Babi & Chef Vicky were both amazing & experienced sailers!! Best vacation ever! 8 of us (4 couples) had a blast with Captain Haris and his wife Vicky.
1. The boat was amazing: comfortable beds, room for 4 couples, room for dining and fun every day. Modern equipment, great Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for music.
2. Our captain is navy officer! He knows his way around these waters and keeps us safe. Also, Hari knows everyone - he gets the best spots for docking so pretty much we docked at promenade every single night, amazing for people watching
3. Vicky: she is such a sweet and genuine person. He cooking is so homey and comforting - it really relived me of work stress. She cooked variety of different dishes: favorite are shrimp linguini, variety of salads and veggies, lamb, fish, and even octopus. All the food was absolutely amazing, I am taking all the recipes for my family.
3. The route: we visited several different smaller islands like Poros and Hydra. We loved loved loved all the stops and being able to step off the boat and just go sightseeing or dining!
4. Real vacation: being smoothed to sleep each night by the gentle boat rocking comfortably, belly full of amazing food and wine, fit from swimming and jumping, but also visiting Ancient Greek ruins (they’re everywhere!) - this is best vacation ever!

This morning we finished our one week trip to the Greek islands on Casino Royale with Captain Harris and our wonderful hostess (and his wife) Vicky. Captain Harris and Hostess Vicky are a spectacular duo - they made us feel like family from the first moment we arrived on the boat. Harris, a retired Navy officer, knows the water and islands better than anyone. He navigated us safely during the entire trip and always found the best places to take us too. Each day we made sure we were all briefed on the itinerary and provided suggestions on places to go see, visit and eat at. We never had to worry about reservations or figuring out things on our own. It was clear that he is a well respected skipper throughout the islands.
Our hostess Vicky pampered us with amazing food and ensured we had daily fresh provisioning. Her cooking rivaled all the restaurant food we had! Vicky, we can’t thank you enough for all you did! We love you!
Each day we sailed to a different island and along the way we stopped at breathtaking swimming spots. Captain Harris used his drone to capture the most amazing spots of our party.

Fantastic week of sailing with Captain Haris and hostess Vicky! I broke my foot just before our vacation, but they made sure that I did not miss out on anything. Captain Haris worked his magic to dock Casino Royale in the prime spot at each place we visited, so that I could easily get on and off the boat to explore each island. When the rest of my party rode motor bikes around Spetses, Haris arranged for an electric three-wheeled vehicle so my husband and I could join in the adventure. Every kindness and accommodation was done by Haris and Vicky with such genuine hospitality and joy, that I truly felt like a family member and not just a troublesome passenger. I am already looking forward to our next cruise with them on Casino Royale - this time without a cast!

Wow what a great week sailing in the Saronic Gulf. Yacht Sailing GR was excellent at managing the process and answering our questions. However what really made the week was Captain Harry and cook/mate Vicki (his wife). They had everything under control from the moment we walked onto the Casino Royale (which is a great boat).

Harry and Vicki made our week! Getting slips at each port is no easy task - Harry was a master at always securing a prime slip.. This was particularly important, as it precluded the need to use the zodiac and allowed us to get on off the boat easily and multiple times at each port. Harry also knew what activities we should do at each port, where to dine, and where to go for after dinner drinks. Harry and Vicki also arranged everything for us at each port; including e-bikes, donkey rides , swimming, and island tours. Vicki was also focused on making sure we didn't go hungry. The coffee was brewing before we were up, and Vicki prepared lavish breakfasts and lunches. She really spoiled us.

We feel fortunate to have been "dealt' Harry and Vicki. They really made the trip so much fun. This was definitely a special family vacation

There were eight of us on this week long sailing adventure. It was a phenomenal experience. The scenery, swimming stops in the beautiful bays, and overnight ports were delightful. What really made the trip extra special were our skipper Harris and hostess Vicky. They made our trip fun, enjoyable, and very relaxing.

We just returned from a three week vacation in Greece. Our second week was spent on the Casino Royal catamaran with Harris and Vicki as our crew. It was an amazing adventure sailing the Greek islands with them. Harris’ knowledge of sailing and the Greek isles was so interesting, and we always felt safe. Wowza, what a fun-filled amazing week! We sailed out of Athens,Greece with Captain Haras Psaropoulos and his wife Vicky Tsourmari. We were spoiled from the minute we stepped aboard the Casino Royale catamaran. They made sure our every need was taken care of and kept us entertained for the week. Harris and Vicky (the captain and hostess) were so welcoming and kind. Harris was so knowledgeable of the Greek Islands and a superb captain of the yacht. We enjoyed the islands we stopped and stayed at, along with Harris finding beautiful coves we could stop and swim Vicky made wonderful meals throughout our trip and kept the yacht so clean. She out did herself, always making sure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit Greece again to sail with Harris and Vicky. Not only did we experience the trip of a lifetime, we made two new friends for life.
