We just completed a fantastic week on the Baccarat catamaran. We sailed the Cyclades, visiting the Kithnos, Syros, Andros, and Kea islands. Our captain was Giannis, and our hostess was Maria. What a dynamic duo, the best! Giannis was always aware of what was going on with the weather, where it was best to sail so we could explore, and how to avoid rougher seas. Maria prepared the most beautiful, tasty meals that gave us a taste of some of the best Greek traditional recipes. They both went above and beyond to provide us with a great experience. They provided us with ideas to do on the islands and even participated in taking us on a hike and to a cooking class. One night, it was very late, and you could see they were tired, but they wanted to show us a beautiful site at night on the island of Andros, which was our favorite. Our captain was from Andros, so we connected more with the island. By the end of the week, we felt that we now have a family in Greece. We connected with both of them, and besides being fed extremely well and knowing Giannis had the boat under control, they added so much fun to our trip. Giannis and Maria always had the best attitude daily and cared about everyone on our boat. They have such big hearts.

The boat accommodations were great, and even the beds were comfortable.

I would highly recommend this company. If you charter a boat, make sure you ask for Giannis and Maria.

Our trip was excellent, the places we saw were breath taking! Captain Giannis was very informative on the history, and knew the best spots to take us for the views! He was more than just our captain, he was a tour guide, cook and we never would have seen as much without him.

Wow, I don’t know where to begin! From the beginning till the end captain Giannis treated us as princesses on the Baccarat! He was not only our skipper but also our guide, he plannend all our diners at the best restaurants and we had so much fun together!! He took us to so many beautiful places and we swam in the bluest water. We had an amazing week and could not have wished for a better skipper! Thank you Giannis for making us feel safe and at home on the boat. We will remember this week forever!!

We sailed with Yacht Sailing Greece on Baccarat with its skipper Giannis. All we can say is wow! For one week, we were treated to the best of the Cyclades. We went to beaches, on hikes, saw towns, ate amazing food, and had the best hospitality that we could have ever imagined. It was truly amazing and we would recommend to anyone!!

Captain Giannis & Hostess Anna-Maria took us on the MOST magical and adventurous catamaran trip to the Cycladic islands with our family and friends EVER! We cannot say enough about their superb hospitality and service. We loved the design of the 'Baccarat' catamaran that was immaculate and comfortable and gave plenty of space. Every morning we would sail early to arrive at a new place. A balance mooring at small hidden bays and docking in marinas to enjoy the small villages, very quaint shops with handmade items, gelato, and restaurants. Their recommmendations for restaurants were outstanding and best that they joined us as family, swapping stories about ourselves. Anna Maria was organized and anticipated our hunger and was always ready with a breakfast buffet and hearty lunches of Greek cuisine. Healthy and delicious! Our cabins were tidied every day, and the catamaran was cleaned like a gem, with great care. The islands of Kea, Kythnos, Serifos, Polyaigos, Kymolos, Mylos are a must! We snorkled, paddleboarded, kayaked, and hiked along the jagged cliffs of Kythnos and Polyaigos and found some short climbs above villages and a lighthouse to seek stunning views. Souvlaki picnic amongst the resident goat in a secluded bay was authentic. The most amazing day was our atv tour of Mylos to the white moonscape rocks with cliff jumping and the finale sunset at Papafrigas gorge. Giannis and Anna-Maria offered themselves like a family and engaged our two boys in finding adventure every day. We asked them to join us in sailing Croatia as our guests! Such a trip must continue again.

Trip of a lifetime! By sailing to the islands- we avoided the crowds and experienced the beautiful local beaches, historic sites and villages. Our captain John (yianni) was the best! He was our captain, tour guide and became a great friend. Yacht Sailing staff were friendly, professional and the boat was perfect. There were 7 of us and plenty of space on the boat to enjoy and relax. Highly recommend this company and Captain Yianni.

I enjoyed most the snorkeling at Nissos Polyaigos at the volcanic rocks, and "Pirate's Cove" with the sea caves, and cliff jumping on Milos Island.
Our catamaran skipper Giannis showed us all the best places and hostess Anna-Maria cooked us wonderful meals.
We are actually on a 5 week vacation and I believe we will remember our seven days sailing with them as the highlight of our trip!

Perfect trip with amazing staff! Yianni and Anna Marie were part of the family all week. Day after day we arrived in beautiful fun places, they went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and carefree all week. We originally just hired Yianni as skipper but added Anna Marie (hostess) later in the booking process and it was the best decision ever. The food, hospitality, and laidback demeanor was exactly what we needed. Eugene was ultra accommodating in the planning phase of our trip to take a call whenever I had concerns/questions and allowed us to take the boat to start in Syros and debark in Poros making our trip more relaxing to tack on pre/post trip resorts and avoid unnecessary ferries. Will 100% use this group again and would not change a thing. Trip of a lifetime!

We had an amazing week of sailing with our friends in the Saronic islands. Our captain Gianni and hostess Anna Maria were fantastic and by the end of the trip we had two news friends. Gianni's local knowledge of the ports, restaurants and coves made the trip that much more enjoyable and Anna Marie's menu and presentation was incredible. We all truly appreciated what they did to make our trip as relaxing as possible. The world is a small place, i spent a lot time in this this part of Greece as a child and who knew that our captain and i had a common friend in the area, amazing. We can't wait to do this again and hopefully with our same crew! I highly recommend Eugene and his boutique sailing company!

My husband and I and two of our friends had the pleasure of sailing  on the beautiful Baccarat, a Lagoon 45. Because of Covid, we were very skeptical about our two week sailing trip. Eugene, and the rest of the crew at Yacht Sailing, assured us that every safety protocol was securely in place and they could not have been any more helpful in every phase of our journey. The people of Greece were warm, inviting, and so proud to welcome us and share their magnificent country with us. The sea, the sights, the history, the people, the towns, and of course, the food, were beyond our expectations. Our fantastic Captain, Vasilis, navigated our crew to the most spectacular and remote ports. Joe and I have been blessed to sail many different countries and with many different charter companies. We recently sailed for a week around the Cyclades Greek Isles. The yacht was Yacht Sailing’s Baccarat, skippered by Giannis, with Anna-Maria as the hostess.

What an amazing experience! In all respects it was magical! The Aegean showed us its many faces, with the excitement of high seas and days of glassy calm to finish. We swam in clear isolated bays, and visited beautiful Greek seaside towns.

I have to thank Giannis and Anna-Maria for making it such an unforgettable experience. Giannis is an experienced skipper, thoroughly professional, but at the same time full of life and fun. He knew every nuance of the islands. On two occasions, through his connections, he had delivered to us items we had left behind, islands later!

Anna Maria deserves special mention. She is a lovely soul, calm and serene, preparing delicious food and keeping the yacht clean and tidy - all without fuss or drama. She is also a skilled First Mate to the Skipper, assisting him with docking and other tasks.

These two wonderful people made the trip unforgettable. Those who sail with them in the future would be fortunate indeed!

All-in-all, the trip was superb, and highly recommended!

Giannis and Aileiki (the most amazing hostess...ever) from Yacht Sailing made our trip absolutely fantastic! They went above and beyond to get to know us and what we enjoyed. Giannis scheduled our visits to the islands based on the wind and weather and what we wanted to see. We were able to visit two monasteries, an abandoned prison, and the most beautiful out of the way private beaches! He even shared tidbits of history and mythology with us as we passed special areas!
Aileiki, our hostess made us the most amazing food and everything was beautifully plated! Always delicious, nutritious, and in season. We loved getting a glimpse of the Greek culture from her food! She was truly an amazing hostess...her food was some of the best we had during our entire stay in Greece!
Giannis and Aileiki seemed more like family at the end of our week on the sea. Thank you Yacht Sailing for the trip of a lifetime!

We can’t say enough about the amazing week we enjoyed touring the Peloponnese on “Baccarat”, a Lagoon 450 catamaran. Our captain Giannis tailored our itinerary to include “off the beaten path” destinations that most tourists never see while still visiting many popular sites such as Poros and the theater at Epidavros. Giannis arranged dinner reservations nightly at local restaurants and tavernas, we were never disappointed. Our favorite memory: arriving at a new postcard perfect spot, dropping anchor, Giannis announcing “pool is open” and then diving into the crystal clear water of the Aegean Sea.

We spent an unforgettable two weeks at the end of May 2022 aboard the catamaran "Baccarat". Our requirements were specific and demanding - inclusion of a small baby and a three year old toddler in our party as well as the need for us to have been in                                                                                                                          Santorini for my son’s wedding “come what may” within only 4 days of boarding Baccarat. The weather turned adverse in that winds were either very light forcing us to motor, or so strong as to make putting to sea impossible. Just to add to this we had some fog which prevented the crossing from Ios to Santorini at the last moment.

Despite the weather and thanks in no small part to Yacht Sailing's excellent organizational skills and Tassos’s sailing skills we achieved our objective “in spades”. A very big thank you for so many things;

You “upgraded” us from Poker Face to Baccarat due to the distances involved and the more powerful motors, an inspired decision, thank you.

Yacht Sailing provided us with one of their best skippers (if not the best?), Tassos, who has been an incredible skipper, safety champion and a good friend. He has been relentless in ensuring that all our needs have been safely met as well as selecting the most scenic and iconic islands, villages, restaurants, swimming spots and safe anchorages. Tassos was super concious of the two small kids aboard and went out of his way to ensure their safety.
If we were to repeat this sailing trip there is no doubt that we would have as our first and only choice Yacht Sailing and Captain Tassos. We will also be recommending Yacht Sailing to anyone who cares to listen and who would like a top line sailing experience.

You have gone way beyond our expectations in order give us a wonderful trip and memories that will last forever.
